As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing physical rehabilitative programs aimed at improving the quality of life for our patients. This position offers the opportunity to work in an outpatient setting, providing personalized care and support to patients on their journey to recovery.   Responsibilities: – Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions in an outpatient setting, assessing their functional abilities, limitations, and goals. – Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques. – Implement treatment plans effectively, providing hands-on therapy and guidance to patients to promote functional improvement and pain management. – Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies to empower them in their rehabilitation process. – Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports to track treatment outcomes and ensure continuity of care. – Direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and/or Aides in delivering patient care, providing guidance and support as needed. – AHA BLS required Professional Development Program: With our commitment to excellence and continual learning, you will benefit from our robust professional development program and benefits.
